2. Shower: Try to shower before the spray tan. It is better if your body is free of all natural and unnatural (e.g. deodorants) nasties.

3. Clothing. Wear lose clothing, preferably dark to your spray tan. And a must is to ensure that you wear items of clothing that you are not concerned about if a little bit of spray tan got onto.

4. Be brave and never be shy.

5. Dont head straight to the gym or on the town after your tan. You will sweat it out.

6. It is recommended that you wait 8 hours before showering, and keep your body moisturised after your spray tan for the days to come.
